NROLFW, Stage 1, Workout B, Day 2

I’m getting better at this.

  • 1-Mile warm-up jog to the gym
  • 2 x 15 deadlifts: 35 lbs
  • ALTERNATING SET
  • 2 x 15 dumbbell shoulder press: 16 lbs
  • 2 x 15 wide-grip lat pulldown: 35 lbs
  • ALTERNATING SET
  • 2 x 15 lunge: 20 lbs
  • 2 x 8 swiss ball crunch

The deadlifts are taunting me from afar.

I have to lift today and I don’t feel top-notch, exactly (being a girl sucks sometimes), and so it’s 2:45 and I still haven’t left for the gym. But I will. Soon. After I finish off this glass of water.

NROLFW, Non-Lifting Day: 2-Mile Run

Not as painful as the last two-mile run. Still not spectacular, but we’re getting back in shape.

56 Day Challenge, Day 24: Where do you see yourself by the end of this year?

I have no bloody idea. Uhm. Almost certainly, I will be about to embark on my final semester of college (yikes). I hope I will be at my goal body (or closer than I’ve ever been). Other than that, I couldn’t really tell you. The future is vastly unpredictable.
